Candidates for Admission to MS and PhD Graduate Programs (Second Batch) in the Second Semester 2023-2024

The Dean of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies announces the names of candidates for admission to graduate programs (second batch) for the second semester 2023-2024. To complete the admission procedures, you must visit the Admission and Registration Department and then the Deanship of Scientific Research, Graduate Studies Department, on Sunday 3/3/2024 from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon, and anyone who fails to meet this date is considered an objector.

The student must provide the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies and the Admission and Registration Department with two duly certified copies of the following documents:

Jordanian Applicants:

• A duly certified experience certificate for programs that require it
• A duly certified transcript and bachelor’s degree certificate for master’s students
• Duly certified transcript, bachelor’s degree transcript, transcript and master’s degree certificate for doctoral students
• Legal ID or birth certificate duly certified
• Two personal photos
• Equivalency from the Ministry of Higher Education for non-Jordanian certificates that require equivalency
• A valid English language proficiency exam score voucher (TOEFL or its equivalent - original copy) for students who have obtained it.

Non-Jordanian Applicants:

• A duly certified transcript and bachelor’s degree certificate for master’s students
• Transcripts, bachelor’s certificates, transcripts, and master’s certificates for doctoral students, duly certified
• Approval for the study (non-objection or attaché approval) from the body accredited to the applicant’s country that requires this
• A document of recognition that the university in which the student studied is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in his country
• A document proving that studies are regular
• Equivalency of certificates from the Ministry of Higher Education for students who completed their studies outside their country
• A copy of a valid passport
• Service card for the Syrian community (for Syrian students)
• Two personal photos

Note: Students who have been accepted must bring the initial acceptance notice in paper form to obtain final acceptance.
