The university works to organize, coordinate, encourage, support, follow up and publish scientific research, and provides financial support for research projects for faculty members and full-time lecturers at the university, to carry out scientific research and develop it.

The university also encourages cooperation between researchers in the department, college, center/institute, or in its various colleges and centers/institutes, to carry out joint research projects. It also encourages the establishment of scientific research teams in different specializations.
