Candidates who obtained the Ministry of Education scholarship in the Higher Diploma Program for Teacher Preparation (Batch 2) for the academic year 2024-2025

The Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies at Yarmouk University announces the second batch of candidates nominated by the Ministry of Education in the Higher Diploma Program for Teacher Preparation for holders of a bachelor's degree for the academic year 2024-2025, in the specializations (classroom teacher, Arabic language, English language, mathematics, biology, earth sciences, physics, chemistry). To complete the admission procedures, scholarship students must visit the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies - Graduate Studies Department - starting from Monday 30/9/2024 until Tuesday 1/10/2024 from 9AM until 1PM, after following the following procedures:

1. Enter the link to submit diploma applications to obtain a reference number. Click Here
2. Review Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies to confirm acceptance.
3. Bring the acceptance notice from the Admission and Registration Department and submitting it to the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies, along with the following documents:
   • A certified copy of the bachelor's degree transcript.
   • A certified copy of the bachelor's degree certificate.
   • A certified copy of the civil status ID or birth certificate.
   • A personal photo.
4. Submit the sponsorship bond and contract to the office of the Mission Coordinator - Ministry of Education - located in the Deanship of Students Affairs.

• Important Notes:
  • Access to the diploma application link to obtain the reference number is available starting Sunday, 29/9/2024.
  • The application fees are covered for students sent by the scholarship (the student does not create an invoice, only the reference number is approved).
